01 Oct A Few Photos From Our Monday Morning Training Sail
We had the best training sail ever! Our new captain, Bill Ethel, who will take us to Hawaii, put the crew and boat through lots of sail configurations in moderate winds in San Pedro Bay. Steve Buck, John Reidy and Helen Jaccard were crew.
On board were Mike and Carol Stern. Mike wrote our theme song, Ballad of the Phoenix and the Golden Rule.
Mike serenaded us with peace songs when we got back to the dock.
